Stubbart, Charles

Stubbart is currently Associate Professor and Interim Chairperson at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He took a PhD in Strategic Planning from Pittsburgh University in 1983. Since then he has taught at McGill University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and University of Massachusetts-Amherst, prior to his present assignment. He has long been active in the Managerial Cognition movement.
