Robert C. Stuart is Professor Emeritus at Rutgers University, Department of Economics. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has taught Introductory Economics; Comparative Economic Systems; and The Economy of Russia; Managerial Economics and was a visitor at the Russian Research Center, Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar, Timiriazev Agricultural Academy in Moscow.
