Stroup, Rolland E., Jr.

Rolland E. Stroup, Jr. was born in 1943 on a farm in Wells County, Indiana, moved with his family to Hartford City, Indiana, in 1952, then to Mishawaka, Indiana in 1958. He was a high school exchange student to Germany in 1960, graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. degree in 1966 and Purdue University with a Master of Science degree in 1979. He served 23 months in the U.S. Army 1968/69. Additional federal employment was as a letter carrier and safety specialist, retiring in 1994.
