Stone, Fred

Fred Stone practiced for many years as a child and adolescent psychiatrist and was a member of Kilbrandon Committee, whose report led to wide-ranging changes in the legal and service systems for dealing with young offenders and child protection. He also chaired the Glasgow children's panel advisory committee, and has lectured and written on child development and psychiatry.
