With more than 15 years of representing consumer bankruptcy clients and more than 30 years of civic volunteer work, Stokes recognized the effects and symptoms of financial illiteracy throughout the community. Having helped many bankruptcy clients, Stokes saw the opportunity to use her experience to help the next generation of consumers.
