Sydney Stinnett worked for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) for over thirty-five years as a teacher, Title 1 coordinator, and assistant principal. She worked at four schools in the district as an assistant principal. During that time, on a leave of absence, Stinnett worked at the American Community Schools (ACS) in Athens, Greece. She worked at ACS for over three years. She taught in the junior high as well as the elementary school. During her last assignment in LAUSD, the mothers at the school she was assigned to were totally out of control. That is when she noticed the change
