Douw G. Steyn is a Professor of Atmospheric Science at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver and a member of the Institute for Applied Mathematics, the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability, and the Liu Institute for Global Issues. His research interests include air pollution meteorology, boundary layer meteorology, mesoscale meteorology, environmental science and interdisciplinary science.
