Stelivan, Toshia

Toshia Stelivan was born in Springfield, Illinois August 26, 1977. She has always been an avid reader. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management and a Masters in Business Administration. Toshia has always wanted to be a writer. She has two daughters who love books. Toshia has a strong love for horses and she volunteers at a local ranch. Toshia has lived in Texas over 28 years. She has also written a poetry book, "When Your Heart Aches and Your Soul Cries."
