Frederick Steiner (Tempe, AZ) is the Director of the School of Planning and Landscape Architecture at Arizona State University. He holds B.S., M.C.P., M.R.P., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in planning from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Pennsylvania. As a professional planner he has managed a number of urban master plans, including Denver and Phoenix.
