Richard H. Steinberg is Professor of Law at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Senior Scholar at the Stanford University Division of International, Comparative and Area Studies. He received his JD degree from Stanford Law School in 1986 and his PhD degree in 1992 in Political Science from Stanford University.
