Stefano, Michael

Mike Stefano was born in Brooklyn New York in 1958 and served in the New York City Fire Department for 22 years. In 2000 he authored The Firefighter's Workout Boook, published by HarperCollins. Since that time, Mr. Stefano has become a master kettlebell coach, studying directly under world champion lifter, Valery Fedorenko. Coach Stefano is the creator of High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness.
