Stearns, Carolyn

Carolyn Stearns was a professional modern dancer and choreographer and dance professor before she turned to writing. Besides her seven published books, Carolyn's writings have appeared in the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun, Bay Weekly, and a variety of magazines and other periodicals. She has won prizes in contests sponsored by Pen Women, Baltimore Writers' Alliance, Maryland Writers Association, and Writer's Digest. In recent years, she has discovered a passion and unique talent for art. Her art work graces the cover of "Princess."
