Starrett, Edmund V.

Edmund V. Starrett is a retired elementary teacher who has taught remedial reading and has several years experience as a district-wide reading coordinator. He has also been involved in programs for the mentally challenged and the gifted. He is the published author of several children s books, an educational game, and numerous workbooks in reading and writing. Edmund received his Doctor of Education Degree from Wayne State University.
