Dr. Martin Starr is currently Distinguished Professor of Operations Management at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He was the Director of the Center for Enterprise Management, whose mission is to enable companies to remain competitive in the new millennium. He is Chair of the Council of Presidents of the Operations and Management Society (POMS).
