Starnes, Jean

Starnes writes a biweekly column "Hell on Wheels" for the Midland Reporter-Telegram newspaper. She worked over 40 years as a teacher and Psychological Associate with children and adults who had various disabilities. As a single parent she adopted a son in 1975. She was born with cerebral palsy.
