I was born in Pittsburgh in 1959. When I was 3 months old, my family relocated to Colorado Springs. I did spend a few years in Nebraska and Iowa, thanks to the company I worked for. My memories of the mid-west all revolve around the weather. We have winter in Colorado but it's just a dusting compared to the mid-west. The summers were no picnic either.
