Spurr, Stephen

Before going to Wayne State, Stephen Spurr was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Social and Decision Sciences at Carnegie-Mellon University. He has published articles in the RAND Journal of Economics, the Industrial and Labor Relations Review, the International Review of Law and Economics, the Journal of Labor Economics, the Journal of Human Resources, and many other journals.
