Spratford, Becky Siegel

Becky Siegel Spratford is the reference librarian and serves as readers' advisory librarian at the Berwyn Public Library in suburban Chicago. In 2000, she co-created the Readers' Advisory Department and now directs staff, provides advisory assistance to patrons, and selects all fiction. She received her MLIS with honors from Dominican University. She also served as reference assistant in the library of the law firm Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. She has been elected as her local library trustee and was inducted into Beta Phi Mu, the international library and information science honor society.
