I was born in New Orleans, LA on March 16, 1966. I was influenced by the bohemian society of the city which created an interest in travel, science and literature. My literary influences were works by Nostradamus, Stephen King, and Rod Sterling. As a child, we had family discussions about environmental issues which intrigued me, and my family was a major source of inspiration for my thoughts and writings and also often influenced by scientific writings or lectures.
