Spann, Edward K.

Edward K. Spann is professor emeritus of history at Indiana State University. He is the author of numerous books, including Gotham at War: New York City 1860-1865 and Ideals and Politics: New York Intellecutals and Liberal Democracy, which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.
