Ricardo Sosapavon traded his day-job at Microsoft for a different kind of challenge on the golf course. He'd always been a sports enthusiast, first with tennis, then as a devoted mountain biker, yet golf would prove to be his biggest challenge yet. He started playing golf in 2002, and after taking lessons two to three times a week for a year, lowered his handicap index to 6.3.
