Somin, Ilya

Ilya Somin is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Government at Harvard University. He has conducted research projects on welfare policy, budget and tax issues, and the late stages of the cold war at the Heritage Foundation. Born in 1973 in Leningrad, Somin emigrated to the United States in 1979. This is his first book.
