Nuno Domingos is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at theInstituto de Ciencias Sociais, Universidade de Lisboa, and a Research Associate of the Food Studies Centre, SOAS, University of London. He has an MA in Historical Sociology from theUniversidade Nova de Lisboa, andreceived his PhD in Social Anthropology from the SOAS University of London in 2009.
