Sharon Sobotta is a journalist, a writer, the director of a women's resource center at Saint Mary's College of California, a doula and a mother. As a reporter for Pacifica KPFA in Berkeley, California, Sharon covers stories ranging from the Justice for Oscar Grant and Trayvon Martin movements and actions to free Marrissa Alexander to Chevron's connection to the global environmental crisis and the complex anti-war movement. Sharon's vision as a journalist, a women's center director and a feminist is to make stories and voices of people from all walks of life accessible to the masses.
