Snyder, Michael T.

A retired public school teacher from Pottstown, Pennsylvania, for the last eight years Michael T. Snyder has written feature articles on local history for the Pottstown Mercury. He is currently the president of the Pottstown Historical Society and has lectured at many of the area's historical societies. Snyder has a keen interest in Civil War history and teaches courses on the subject at Montgomery County Community College and for the Pottstown Department of Parks and Recreation.
