Snitkin, Harvey R.

Snitkin teaches at Three Rivers Community Technical colelge, is a consultant with Music and Music Education Services, and has been an educator and musician for over 30 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Music Education (Supervision and Curriculum Development), an M.A. in Oboe Pedagogy from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Music Education from the Hartt College of Music.
