Richard Snape has been Professor of Economics at Monash University since 1971. He has served as a member of the Whitlam government's Priority Review Staff and the Treasurer's panel of economists during the Fraser Governments, worked at the World Bank in Washington, and has been a visiting professor in Stockholm and in Geneva.
