Smotherman, Jewell F.

Although born in Kentucky she grew up in Indiana. She moved to Kentucky after completing high school attending trade school and getting a college degree in Behaviorial Science and Arts. She has special love for all children, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She marched for civil rights, fought for injustice in the Correctional System, made a home for others who were homeless or abused and has a passion for her community.
