Charles E. Smoot, M.Th is the founder of Pray-Fast-America, a national movement established to call America and the Church back to their spiritual heritage of faith and righteousness. Pray-Fast-America (PFA) seeks to support local House of Prayer networks in every city and state across America through webinars, rallies, small-group studies, and local Prayer & Fast Workshops. As a house-church planter, author, and President of Grace Theology Institute (GTI), Charles and his wife Helen, reside in Lancaster, PA with their dog Zoe.
