Smith, Willy Demarcell

Willy DeMarcell Smith, until recently editor of the "Urban League Review, "is now director of research at the graduate school of business at Howard University in Washington D.C. He has also served as the senior research associate of the research department of the National Urban League, located in Washington D.C.
