Smith, Howard L.

Howard L. Smith is Dean of the College of Business at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Prior to this position he served as Vice President for University Advancement at Boise State University and he is the former Dean of the College of Business and Economics. From 1994 to 2004 he was Dean of the Anderson Schools of Management and School of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico.
