Slate, Chuck

Slate is the Treasurer of the Virginia Foster Care Association. One of Chuck's goals is to work with the VFCA to provide full four year scholarshipsto five foster children each year adn to erect a camp in the Blue Ridge Mountains for foster children. He and his wife have foster cared for over 54 children.
