Jerome H. Skolnick is Professor Emeritus at the law school of UC Berkeley, and formerly co-director of NYU Law's Center for Research in Crime and Justice. Skolnick has authored and edited studies of families in transition, political institutions in crisis, police and crime, law and society, the regulation of gambling, and protest.
