Sisson II, Frank Elliott

Frank was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, although his family had long time roots in New Bedford. Frank is a West Point graduate with master's degrees in Engineering and Management. He went into the US Air Force after graduation from West Point and earned his USAF pilot certificate. He flew combat missions in Korea and Vietnam. Following that, Frank went into business for himself, and founded a successful marketing and consulting business in Wichita, Kansas.
