Rishi Singh is a PhD from the Department of History at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, UK. He was awarded the prestigious Felix Scholarship to do his research at the university. He has also been the recipient of the University of London CRF Scholarship, the SOAS scholarship and the Charles Wallace Trust Scholarship. He has a Master s degree in Philosophy from the University of Delhi, where he worked on the rare Inshas (Persian Correspondence) associated with the Court of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
