Singer, Daniel D.

Singer holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Colorado and has published numerous books and articles in professional journals. He has extensive experience in real estate investing, having owned a substantial portfolio of residential properties for over 30 years and has developed, owned, and operated four franchise restaurants in the Midwest. He is currently a Professor of Finance at Towson University and consults extensively with local real estate developers.
