Simms, Monice Mitchell

Monice - poet, playwright, journalist, screenwriter and novelist - has been happily living by her pen since she wrote her first poem for her mom at the age of seven. An eclectic wordsmith, she holds a BA in journalism from Wayne State University, a MFA from Columbia College Chicago and has reported for numerous magazines and newspapers.
