Jonathon Siminoe received his undergraduate degree in creative writing, English, and education from Metropolitan State College in Denver Colorado. Jonathon holds an MA from Colorado College in Educational Humanities. He taught for 9 years at Gateway High School in Aurora Colorado where he taught primarily creative writing. Since moving to Thailand he has been a lecturer at Assumption University and is currently teaching in Satit Kaset's International Program. His novel 'Echo Pool' is a piece dedicated to his father Bill Siminoe who died of lung cancer. It was not his death, but his life which
