Silva, Mario

Dr. Mario Silva has had a distinguished career as an elected official in Canada between the years 1994 and 2001, as well as an author and international legal scholar. Dr. Silva is a graduate of the University of Toronto, the University of the Sorbonne and Oxford University and holds a PhD from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
