Michael E. Sikes is an educational consultant primarily in the area of program evaluation, serves as adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Santa Barbara, and is former assistant director for education at the National Endowment for the Arts. For the past three years, he has been the principal investigator for an international cultural exchange program of the Ohio Arts Council, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education.
