Nadia Shworan was born in Italy, grew up on a farm in the Canadian Prairies, married her childhood sweetheart and had two wonderful sons. Her career included being a high school English teacher, and a school principal in Alberta. For the past twenty years she has been a writer and artist on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Nadia has written novels, short stories, nonfiction articles, and poetry, and her paintings are in private collections in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Germany, Holland, Denmark, England and Italy.
