Ken Shuey, Author & Illustrator Ken has spent his life traveling along a spiritual path. On this journey, he was introduced to the concept of Oneness while studying books by Buddhist masters and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Inspired by these works, he wrote the poetic lyrics to 'I Am a Mountain'. In time, Ken felt a desire to share the concept of Oneness with children. He decided to simplify some parts of his original poem and created imagery to help illustrate this concept in a way that would reach children.
