Shinnick, Roger

Roger spent his childhood in Chicago, Illinois. In 1971 he and his wife, Mary Ann, moved to Albuquerque, where they spent the next 41 years raising their family and working. Roger became a volunteer at Walkin N Circles following his retirement in 2012. Becoming a part of the WNCR rescue mission has proven to be unexpected gift. "Billy's Narrow Escape" is the second in the WNCR book series. These true stories of rescued horses are written to both raise funds and increase awareness of the plight of abandoned and neglected horses.
