DAVID SHIH is a New York based actor. His voice can be heard narrating the TLC series "Royal Inquest" and the documentary "China's First Emperor" for The History Channel. In addition to his work on stage, film and TV, he also performs for children in hospitals and care facilities through the non-profit organization Only Make Believe.
