Jason Shaw was born and brought up in a sleepy Surrey village during his childhood he dreamt of being an astronaut, a fighter pilot and a chief cake tester for a bakery. With cake tester position in short supply and impaired vision putting a halt to those loftier ambitions, Jason settled on a career in the travel industry which afforded him the ability to indulge of another great passion - travelling.
