Raised when cowboys were "king" on TV and in the movies, Mart Shaughnessy got into horses late in life, but showed his appaloosas to four World Championships. Reining horses were his first love, and he was privileged to show some great ones. Trail riding was a very close second. Mart has a Masters Degree in education and spent twenty years teaching and coaching football, then went into the family business until retirement.
