Prateek Sharma, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Kansas School of Medicine, and Director of Clinical Research, VA Medical Center, Kansas City, MO, USA. In 2000, he received the ACG Governors Award for Excellence in Clinical Research.
