Adele Seronde was born in 1925, educated at the Madeira School and Bennington College. She was married in 1945, and has five children, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Born into a family of six generations of artists, Seronde inherited talent as both a painter and poet. She has had solo and group exhibitions all over the East Coast of America, in the Southwest, and also in Italy.
