Seibel, Joel

Raised in Burbank, California, Joel Seibel started his career in animation with Disney Studios at age 19. Four years later he moved to Hanna-Barbera Studios, where he spent 28 years working on such shows as The Smurfs, Scooby-Doo and about 200 other TV series. In 1994 he began working for Warner Brothers Studio as a storyboard artist on Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs and The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries.
