Scroggins, Richard

Richard Scroggins has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and has written and published several other titles, including: The bold words of Jesus Christ, Survival Scenarios and Suggestions, The Computer Technician's Handbook, and over eighty technical and peer reviewed articles. In addition to his background in the technology field, Richard spent six years as a Military Emergency Management Specialist.
